The Matthews Summer Training Program is an immersive 8-week experience designed to launch your career in commercial real estate. You will spend your summer in a Matthews office alongside seasoned brokers and fellow trainees, blending hands-on training, live workshops, and structured course work into every week.
Expect daily sessions covering market fundamentals, underwriting, prospecting, and client communication, paired with real-deal shadowing and live coaching from top producers. By the end of the program, you will have the foundation, the network, and the reps to step confidently into your role at Matthews.
